| 2 chicken breasts | |
| 2tins apricot nectar | |
| 2packets french onion soup | |
| 4large potato's | |
| 1tin peaches | |
| 1tbsp cornflour |
Directions
1.
Mix apricot nectar and french onion soup in a large pot over a medium heat.
Mark as complete
2.
Add chicken and potatoes. Cover and cook for 40 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Mark as complete
3.
Once potatoes are cooked, add peaches and corn flour and stir for 4 minutes.
Mark as complete
