1.5kg Lamb Shoulder
6 garlic cloves
1/4cup olive oil
1bunch fresh rosemary
2 potato's - halved
2 carrots
2 onions -halved

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 150’c.
Mark as complete

Combine oil, rosemary and garlic in a bowl. Score the top of the lamb and rub oil mixture all over.
Mark as complete

Place the lamb on top of the roughly chopped potatoes, carrots and onions.
Mark as complete
4.

Cover the roasting tray with tin foil.
Mark as complete
5.

Roast for 6 hours, basting regularly. You’ll know its cooked when you can pull the meat away from the bone with a fork (like ice cream!)
